If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, please contact us on email@example.com to discuss your concerns with the product. We will determine whether or not the concern is valid for store credit or refund.
You (the Purchaser) are responsible for any or all fees related to returning the product via post.
We will not accept any returns for:
- Changed your mind
- Don’t like the product
We will accept returns for wrong size, however if swapping for the correct size the Purchaser must pay any or all additional shipping charges incurred throughout the Returns process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will ask whether a store credit or a refund is preferred. Refunds will be sent to you via your original method of payment – Paypal or Stripe. If for some reason we have technical issues refunding your purchase, we may arrange a Bank Transfer on a per case basis.
Please allow a fair amount of time (up to 7 business days) for the Refund to be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
